Thank you for shopping with AURI PARFUMS. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We ship across Australia and to selected international destinations, including the European Union. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your address.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Australian orders are $10 flat rate, with free shipping on orders over $125. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, including those within the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

AURI PARFUMS is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will do our best to assist you.
